- Business & Partnership Services
As these services involve consultation, professional expertise, coordination, planning, documentation, administrative work, and allocation of resources, payments made are primarily towards service commitments rather than the purchase of physical products.
2. Payments
All payments made to Urban Max Realty are considered acceptance of the agreed scope of work and applicable commercial terms.
Clients are requested to verify all details before making any payment.
3. Refund Policy
Payments made towards consultations, booking amounts, service charges, processing fees, project initiation, administrative charges, documentation, inspections, design work, site visits, partner onboarding, or any other professional services are generally non-refundable once the respective service has been initiated or resources have been allocated.
Refund requests made after work has commenced may not be accepted.
4. Construction & Interior Projects
Amounts paid towards project planning, design, material procurement, mobilization, site visits, labour allocation, project execution, or related professional services are non-refundable to the extent that such services or commitments have already been undertaken.
Any project modifications or cancellations shall be governed by the respective project agreement signed between the client and Urban Max Realty.
5. Real Estate Services
Payments made for property consultation, booking assistance, documentation support, site visits, brokerage, advisory services, or transaction facilitation are non-refundable once the related services have been provided or initiated.
Urban Max Realty is not responsible if a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, developer, bank, government authority, or any third party withdraws from or delays a transaction beyond our reasonable control.
6. Housing Finance Services
Urban Max Realty provides guidance and assistance for housing finance applications. Loan approval, rejection, eligibility, processing time, documentation requirements, and lending decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective bank or financial institution.
Payments made for consultation, documentation assistance, or processing support are not refundable due to loan rejection, changes in eligibility, or decisions made by third-party financial institutions.
7. Partner Registration
Any fee paid towards partner verification, onboarding, documentation, or administrative processing, where applicable, is non-refundable once the onboarding or verification process has commenced.
Submission of a partnership application does not guarantee approval, project allocation, or business association.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional situations where Urban Max Realty determines that a refund is appropriate, any such decision shall be made solely at the company’s discretion after reviewing the specific circumstances of the case.
The decision of Urban Max Realty regarding any refund request shall be final.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Urban Max Realty first to resolve any payment-related concern before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through a bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested with supporting records, agreements, invoices, communications, and evidence of services rendered.
10. Policy Updates
Urban Max Realty reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall govern all transactions.
